How to read the Draft Road Maintenance Program
The draft Road Maintenance Program is organized using a series of tables that show:
- Which maintenance activities are planned
- Where those activities are proposed
- Which portions of each road will be included
Here’s how to navigate the document:
- Start with the Road Maintenance Program Summary. Roads and streets are listed in the rows, and maintenance activities in the columns. Look for the black diamonds, which indicate which activities are proposed on each road.
- After the summary, you’ll find tables grouped by maintenance activity. Each table lists the specific segments of roadway that will receive that type of work. Columns describe the location, limits of the work, and additional details relevant to that particular activity.
- Looking for a specific road? Use the search bar in the upper right corner of the PDF viewer to quickly find all mentions of a road name.
- Need help with terminology? A glossary of terms and acronyms is available on pages 5-11 of the document.
